The alginate mask has a wide range of effects: it has antibacterial and antiviral effects, accelerates cell regeneration, moisturizes the skin, soothes irritations, reduces redness and itching, acts against couperose, normalizes the skin's hydro-lipid balance, and absorbs excess sebum.

The formula with diatomaceous earth, alginic acids from brown algae, calendula extract, and other bioactive substances gives the mask properties of cleansing, peeling, hydration, and toning. The product effectively fights inflammation, normalizes the microflora balance, stimulates external and internal skin renewal, smoothes wrinkles, and tightens facial contours.

Product composition:

• Diatomaceous earth. This is earth containing fossilized shells. The component cleanses the skin, unclogs pores, absorbs excess sebum, and removes blackheads and sebaceous plugs.
• Glucose cleanses the skin from impurities, opens pores, and stimulates microcirculation. It reduces sebum production, regulates the function of sebaceous glands, tightens pores, and eliminates oily shine.
• Allantoin. This component has a softening and moisturizing effect. Through exfoliation, it removes dead skin cells, rejuvenates the epidermis, and improves its texture. It also controls sebum production and narrows enlarged pores.
• Calendula extract helps quickly improve the skin's condition. It accelerates wound healing, reduces the activity of pathogenic microorganisms, and enhances the effects of other components.

• Cleansing. The mask effectively cleanses the skin, ridding it of toxins, oily shine, sebaceous plugs, acne, enlarged pores, redness, peeling, and other dermatological issues.
• Rejuvenation. The mask tightens the skin, defines the facial contour, smoothes wrinkles, reduces puffiness, brightens dark circles under the eyes, improves smoothness, firmness, and elasticity of the skin.

Application method: Before applying the alginate mask, the skin must be thoroughly cleansed. An active cosmetic product should be applied under the mask, which can be a serum, emulsion, ampoules with active substances, etc., carefully selected based on the skin problems that need to be addressed. Under the pressure of the mask, these products penetrate the skin more effectively.

After the applied product is absorbed, apply the alginate mask. Put the powder with a measuring spoon and water (or activator) in a container at a ratio of 1:0.8 (for 100 ml of powder, 80 ml of water), quickly mix with a spatula until smooth. Apply the mask with a spatula in a layer of 3-5 mm on the cleansed facial skin, leaving only the nostrils open.

Apply it quickly to prevent it from solidifying. When applying the mask to the face, it is recommended to follow the massage lines. Over the next 10-15 minutes, the mask becomes rubbery and slightly reduces its volume; this process is called plastification. The mask gently tightens the facial skin, but these sensations cannot be called unpleasant or painful; you will feel a pleasant cooling and intense skin hydration. The alginate mask does not require rinsing with water.

Leave the mask on for 20-25 minutes until it hardens. Remove it in one layer, starting from the chin and finishing with the forehead. It can be easily removed in the form of a soft plastic imprint that follows the contours of the face or body. It should be removed in one motion, and hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows do not stick to the mask, so removal is not a problem. After the alginate mask procedure, apply additional serum, followed by emulsion or cream, depending on your regular skincare routine.
