Application Method:

1. Before applying the alginate mask, thoroughly cleanse the skin. Apply an active cosmetic product (serum, emulsion, ampoules with active substances) under the mask, chosen depending on the skin issue. The pressure of the mask helps these products penetrate the skin better. After the absorbed product is applied, apply the alginate mask.

2. Mix the powder with a measuring cup and water (or activator) in a ratio of 1:0.8 (for 100 ml of powder, 80 ml of water), quickly stir with a spatula until smooth. Apply the mask in a layer of 3-5 mm to the cleansed facial skin, leaving only the nostrils uncovered. Apply quickly to prevent it from solidifying. When applying the mask to the face, follow the massage lines.

3. Within the next 10-15 minutes, the mask becomes rubbery and slightly reduces in volume, a process called plastification. The mask slightly tightens the facial skin, but the sensation is not unpleasant or painful; you will feel a pleasant coolness and intense skin hydration. The alginate mask does not require rinsing with water.

4. Leave the mask on for 20-25 minutes until it solidifies. Remove it in one layer, from the chin to the forehead. The mask is easy to remove in the form of a soft, pliable impression that follows the contours of the face or body. It should be removed in one motion from the lower part of the chin to the forehead. Hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows do not adhere to the mask, so removal is not a problem.

5. After applying the alginate mask, the facial skin feels light and comfortable. After removing the mask, apply additional serum to the face, followed by emulsion or cream according to your usual skincare routine.
